Tanks - Mobile Storage Tanks - Certified Clean
A rental
industry exclusive: Only E-Tank maintains
an entire fleet of Certified
Clean Frac
Tanks, each one processed every time according
to our proprietary Certified
Clean protocol
and at no extra cost to you.
Features
CERTIFIED CLEAN FRAC TANKS:
To eliminate the risk of cross-contamination from other
industrial or remediation sites, we process every E-Tank mobile
storage tank or Frac Tank according to our proprietary Certified
Clean protocol. This ensures that the levels of any contaminants
or substances previously stored in the tanks are at or below nationally
recognized environmental and health standards. It also ensures our customers
that the substances they store in E-Tank’s frac
tanks will not contaminate the next user’s project, eliminating
downstream liability.
E-Tank is the only rental company in the business that can truthfully claim and prove that all of the tanks
in its fleet have been processed in accordance with a Certified
Clean protocol since they were put into service. Certified
Clean by E-Tank is the smart way to go,
the safe way to go and the only environmentally-sensible choice. Ask
our representatives about the benefits of E-Tank’s Certified Clean protocol,
and about the risks of making the wrong rental decision.
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY:
E-Tank is the only rental company that
has zero tanks with ladders in its fleet. Climbing a ladder is the most
dangerous way for your operator to get to the top of the tank. E-Tank’s
frac tanks feature stairways, non-slip platforms and safe handrails.
Therefore if your operator is carrying something in one hand, he/she
can safely ascend and descend the tank. It costs E-Tank more
when we buy the tank because stairways are more expensive than ladders,
but we believe the extra investment is worthwhile. We take care in our
purchasing in order to take good care of our customers.
AVOID AN OSHA PROBLEM:

AVOID A COSTLY MISTAKE:
E-Tank’s representatives can
determine which tanks in our fleet are suitable for storing your material
through analysis of our resistance charts. If your material is not listed
on the resistance chart, we may be able to test the epoxy against your
material at no extra cost to you.
AVOID INJURING AN EMPLOYEE OR SUB:
E-Tank’s frac tanks feature
easy drain V-bottoms. We have no round bottom tanks in our fleet. Why
does this matter to you? There are several cost-saving shortcuts in
tank design and manufacture. The round bottom is one of them. E-Tank has
chosen to avoid round bottom tanks because they are more dangerous during
Confined Space Entry operations. A V-bottom tank affords the confined
space entrant surer footing, thus enhancing safety and reducing accidents.
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY:
For safety reasons, all of our tanks have rod-less
interiors and multiple convenient manways for easy ingress and egress.
The safety of your employees and subs and the safety of our employees
are E-Tank’s primary concerns.
AVOID END-OF-RENTAL HASSLES and SAVE MONEY:
To make your rental experience easier, E-Tank offers
the following economical service: we can clean our Frac Tanks at the
end of your rental period for you. Provided that the contents were non-haz
and after the tank is drained, E-Tank will remove the
tank from the site and clean it at our facilities. This service saves
the customer time and money; no need to wait on a subcontractor to mobilize
to the worksite with a vac truck and crew to clean the tank and, no
need to keep your employees on site to perform Confined Space Entry.
The rent stops when you have drained the tank and it’s ready for
pick up. We clean it once and we clean it right; then we dispose of
the rinsate properly. Ask your sales representative how E-Tank can
save you money, time and hassles.
