Your career at E-Tank/E-Pump will begin by training at our corporate headquarters in Ohio. Our training program combines a structured curriculum to introduce our business model, as well as learning through on-the-job sales support working as part of the inside sales and service team. The goal is to equip you to effectively manage your own territory within a reasonable time frame. Our corporate culture focuses on collaboration between the members of the sales, marketing, and operations teams, so you are supported in the decisions that affect the growth of your territory and customer satisfaction.

E-Tank and E-Pump are related rental companies that supply specialized equipment to widely diversified businesses comprising the industrial base of the U.S. economy. Our customers include leading companies engaged in environmental remediation, power generation, pipeline construction and maintenance, water management, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, oil & gas exploration, petroleum refining, emergency response, chemicals, air and land transportation, and numerous other industries. Our equipment is vital to various aspects of our customers’ operations.

Desired Experience

The successful candidate will preferably possess a four-year degree and a demonstrated desire for a professional sales career. This position requires a candidate with entrepreneurial ambition; the task involves building a business, not taking orders. We are looking for someone with competitive instincts, who is skilled at building relationships and effective negotiation, and who can contribute to formulating and implementing sales strategy. The candidate must be open to relocation

Compensation

During the training period, you will be paid a competitive base salary plus benefits. Once the training period is completed, our compensation package includes a base salary plus benefits plus a progressively graduated commission on your territory sales, with no cap on your maximum earnings.
