Fluid Handling Accessories

A safer, smarter job setup

The right accessories turn a pump, tank, or filtration package into a reliable system. We rent industrial-grade accessories, from road crossings and flow meters to spill containment, day tanks, hoses, and heaters. This equips you to control flow, protect the site, document volumes, and keep equipment running in real conditions. Everything integrates with our tanks, pumps, and filtration gear and is supported by delivery, setup, and on-site assistance.

Road Crossings

Move full flow safely across streets, driveways, and vehicle paths without choking the line. Heavy-duty steel road crossings are available with 12′ and 24′ driving decks and accept up to 12″ flanged fittings on each end to preserve capacity. Typical uses include city streets, refineries, oil and gas sites, sewer bypasses, and construction job sites. By shielding hose and pipe from vehicle traffic while maintaining throughput, they simplify installation and keep high-flow work on schedule.

Flow Meters

Document totalized flow and, when needed, real-time flow rate for compliance, custody transfer, or cost control. Turbine meters (2″–8″) handle clean liquids, while electromagnetic meters (4″) can measure flows with solids. Units are available with analog or digital displays and outputs that connect to computer-based data instruments. Accurate measurement provides defensible records for permits and billing and gives your team visibility into system performance.

Secondary Containment Berms

Place under tanks or other containers to prevent spills, mitigate accidents, and reduce cleanup costs. Berms can contain multiple pieces of equipment and are also known as spill guards or poly berms. Adding this layer of protection lowers environmental risk and provides peace of mind on busy sites.

Pump Spill Containment (Pump Berms)

Protect pumps and ancillary equipment with berms that feature fold-down sides for easy loading, vinyl underlayment and track guards for durability, and strong chemical resistance. Multiple sizes allow fast deployment around one or several units. Containing incidental drips and leaks helps avoid costly cleanup and reduces downtime around running equipment.

Day Tank / Fuel Cell

Extend runtime and reduce fuel delivery frequency with on-site storage. Each unit holds 552 gallons and includes lifting eyes, forklift pockets, stacking brackets that allow two high when full and three high when empty, lockable ports, 110% double-wall containment, a high-accuracy gauge, a 3″ fill, equipment fill and return ports, and an onboard transfer pump. Certifications include UL142, NFPA, CAN/ULC-S601, UNDOT, and Transport Canada. Also known as a nurse tank. Built-in containment and certifications support safe, compliant staging while steady fuel availability keeps generators and engine-driven pumps running.

Aqua Dam

Create a temporary cofferdam, diversion, or water stoppage to keep a work area dry. Features include a patented baffle for stability, rapid installation using any water source, minimal disturbance, no post-construction restoration, in-field repairability, and accessories for unusual jobs. This approach enables dry-work conditions for crossings, remediation, and repairs without permanent structures or heavy civil restoration.

Hose, Pipe, Valves & Fittings

Choose performance-rated suction and discharge hose in 2″–12″ with Camlock or Bauer ends, plus a full lineup of Bauer and Camlock fittings in 3″–12″ to tie the system together. Components are specified for industrial pumping duty. Properly matched diameters and connectors reduce leaks, speed setup, and help maintain design flow from source to discharge.

Tank Heaters

Prevent freezing in cold conditions with 110 V plug-in heaters that include thermostatic control, automatic shut-off, and 1,500 watts per unit output. These heaters help treatment tanks and lines remain operational through temperature swings, protecting uptime and avoiding cold-weather solids formation or stalled processes.

Consumables

Get job-ready parts and media delivered with your system. Options include dewatering liners from 50–400 μ, bladder bags for easier vacuum box cleanup, cartridge elements down to 0.5 μ, filter bags from 1–800 μ, filtration media for dissolved contaminants, and geotextile bags for sediment capture. Custom sizes are available. Having the correct micron ratings and media on day one keeps changeouts simple and supports your solids and treatment targets.

Get More Done

Support At Every Step

Customized packages

We size crossings, select the correct meter technology, stage containment, and match hoses and fittings to your pump, tank, and filtration plan. One call gets you a cohesive kit that shows up ready to install.

Delivery, installation, and on-site help

Our team delivers, sets, and tests components with your rental system, then provides on-site support for adjustments and changeouts. If your project scope shifts, we can add accessories mid-rental.

Documentation and compliance

From flow totalization and rate data to double-wall fuel containment details, we provide what you need to document the job for audits and close-out reports.

Let’s Work Together

Tell us your flow range, site constraints such as traffic crossings, cold weather, or environmental controls, and what you need to measure or contain. We will build an accessory package that integrates cleanly with your pump, tank, and filtration rentals. If you also need core equipment, we can stage the entire system so it works together on day one.
