-Must be comfortable with frequent travel within Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, covering the full territory as needed. -3–5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or territory development, preferably in industrial or equipment-related industries. -Demonstrated ability in new business development, including prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals. -Experience working with or selling pumps, filtration systems, tanks, or boxes strongly preferred. -High motor and activity level — must thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with consistent outreach and customer engagement. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. -Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of independently managing multiple accounts and priorities. -Team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being capable of taking ownership and driving individual results. -Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive territory growth. -Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently identifying opportunities for expansion. -Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, customer-centric solutions in complex or challenging situations. -Knowledge of environmental cleanup applications, industrial maintenance, dewatering or bypass opportunities will provide an immediate advantage. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing self-motivation with strong collaboration skills to achieve territory goals. -Experience working with and around the Microsoft Office ecosystemCompensation
