Accounting Specialist- Massillon, OH

E-Tank is expanding and has a need for a full-time Accounting Specialist to join the growing Massillon, Ohio corporate headquarters team! Industries

Municipal Water, Wastewater Treatment, Sewer Bypass, Lift station bypass, dewatering, construction dewatering, fluid transfer, Industrial maintenance, Utilities, infrastructure, and Environmental.

Responsibilities

• Filling out credit applications
• Sending tax exemption forms
• Maintaining W-9 certificates
• Accounts Payable; Process all incoming invoices for 8 locations, Match packing slips, PO’s and/or obtain approvals, Code invoices with proper GL, Handle any discrepancies, Process weekly check runs, Process manual payments online as needed, File and scan paid payables
• Accounts Receivable; Post incoming payments, Send customer statements as needed, Contact Customers as needed

This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills. You must have an aptitude for learning and understanding the technical aspects of our business. In this position, you will be required to multi-task and prioritize.

Desired Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts payable/related field

Compensation

Biweekly salary | $38,000-$42,000 Based on experience.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Compensation
